We count what changed.
Not just what we delivered.

We do not count activities. We count outcomes. And we return three months later to confirm they held when real pressure was applied.

Three timepoints. Honest comparison.

Every engagement is measured before we start, when we finish, and three months later.

1

Before we start

  • Competency and skills assessment
  • Baseline data collection
  • Gap analysis, what is the real situation?
  • Targets set for what will change
2

When we finish

  • Post-competency assessment
  • Endline data collection
  • Comparison with baseline
  • Results shared honestly, including gaps
3

Three months later

  • Follow-up competency assessment
  • Are skills still applied in real work?
  • Are systems still running without us?
  • Honest report: what held, what regressed

"We do not consider the work done until the three-month visit confirms it held. That is not standard practice in this sector. It is ours."

Three levels of change.

The Person

Does the individual have new capability they are actually using? We measure knowledge, skills, and confidence.

  • Pre and post competency scores
  • Skills applied in job, confirmed at three months
  • Portfolio and output quality review

The Organisation

Did the organisation change how it works? Systems, processes, efficiency, and results, not just training headcount.

  • Systems adoption rate
  • Process efficiency improvements
  • Data quality and decision-making quality

The Community

Are the people your organisation serves better off? Change in the organisation only matters if it reaches the people the work is for.

  • Service quality improvements, measured not assumed
  • Beneficiary outcomes linked to programme evidence
  • Evidence tied to theory of change indicators
